Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times: We offer flat-rate shipping within Europe. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
  1. Order Processing: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends and holidays may experience a slight delay in processing.

  2. Shipping Carriers: We ship orders using reputable carriers, such as Bpost, PostNL, FedEx, and UPS. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected, your order may be shipped via a different carrier.

  3. Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your order and monitor its delivery status.

  4. International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within Europe. We do not offer international shipping outside of Europe.

  5. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we do not ship to addresses located in remote areas that are not easily accessible by our shipping carriers.
